Soil & Construction ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy describes our procedures for responding to allegations of copyright infringement.

1. Our Policy on Copyright Infringement We prohibit users from using our Service to engage in activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading, posting, or linking to content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. We reserve the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing and to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notices) If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, and such content is hosted or directly made available by our Service (not merely linked to a third-party service like X), please notify our designated copyright agent in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA).

To be effective, your notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs on our service, if applicable).
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Counter-Notification Procedures If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent, including substantially the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it has been disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Soil & Construction may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification and inform that person that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. We will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original notification that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our network.

4. Repeat Infringers It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
